John Tucker

John, along with Erin and their two energetic children (Ethan and Sadie) make their home in Springfield, Missouri. John is President and founder of Extend Global. His God-given passion for Extend Global is to mobilize God’s people to use their gifts and talents to expand the Kingdom through short-term missions. John has been actively involved in short-term missions for 14 years, led and participated in numerous outreaches, and most importantly has seen God transform thousands of lives (including his own) through short-term mission. His greatest joy has been seeing people gain a heart for the nations as they respond to the Great Commission. John previously lived and ministered in North Africa as a student pastor, and served as the Director of Missions at a Christian University. John is an ordained minister and graduated from Wheaton College with an M.A. in Intercultural Studies.
Sean Smith

Sean is recently married to his beautiful wife Sarah; they live in Bolivar, Missouri. Sean is the Vice President for Mobilization at Extend Global. Sean’s purpose in his ministry is to see people fulfill the Great Commission and to mobilize the Church to be a beautiful Bride upon the Lord’s return. Having been involved in short-term missions for 13 years he has been able to lead and participate in trips to over 10 countries on 5 continents. During these trips his life was not only changed, but he has seen people healed, delivered from bondage, and many people accept Christ. Before coming to Extend Global, Sean was the Assistant Director of Admissions for Southwest Baptist University in Bolivar, Missouri. He is a licensed minister and holds a B.S. in History and a B.A. in Religious Studies. He has spoken for numerous youth groups, churches, camps, revivals, and universities. His main passion in teaching is how the Church is to represent Christ on Earth.
